1. What is your minimum order and delivery fee?
We've heard your feedback and removed the minimum order requirement! Our delivery fees are tiered based on your order value.

2. I have a corporate/large ice cream order with deliveries to 10 locations or more.
We do have special pricing available for bulk orders. Please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org, or WhatsApp at 8118 7552 (or click here to launch a chat on your phone).
3. I’m sending the order as a gift and I’d like to include a message.
Please include your message in the Special Instructions section on the Shopping Cart page. We strongly suggest that you inform the recipient to expect a delivery, so as to avoid them rejecting the delivery (yes - it’s happened before!).
MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED, BUT...
1. I selected the wrong delivery date and time, and no one will be home to receive the order.
If your delivery is already in progress, any changes to the delivery location or time will incur additional delivery fees. Please contact us via WhatsApp at 8118 7552 with your order details should you need to make changes (or click here to launch a chat on your phone).
2. I need to add an item to my order.
Please get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number, and the item(s) which you’d like to add.
3. I did not receive my order during my delivery window.
We seek your understanding that deliveries are sometimes delayed because of traffic or weather conditions. If you have still not received your order and need to check on it, please call us at 8118 7552.
4. I received my order but an item is missing/incorrect.
Oh no! We try our best to get every order exactly right and we’re sorry something wasn’t up to mark. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with more details so we can assist further.
